Fort Zumwalt School District recommends that all age-eligible children have a developmental screening, yearly, to assess progress in all areas of growth and development, including problem-solving, communication, personal/social-emotional development, motor skills, health, vision and hearing. ROCK CREEK — Let’s do it again!

Last year, we brought in the most turkeys out of ALL Fort Zumwalt elementary schools during the No Hunger Holiday Turkey Drive! 🥇 Way to go, Rock Creek!

This year, we’re setting a big goal: 125 turkeys to help families right here in our own community. We know this holiday season is especially hard for many, and we can make a real difference together.

Here’s how you can help:
💵 Bring in CASH donations: November 10–14
🦃 Bring in FROZEN TURKEYS: November 19

If we hit our goal… every student will enjoy:
🎉 Pajama Day
☀️ Extra Recess
🦃 And… Dr. Dierker & Mrs. McCoy dancing in Turkey Costumes!

PLUS — the grade level that brings in the most will earn a Movie & Snack Party!

Grade level teams were looking at data and determining grade level walk to intervention plans in Reading today to ensure we are addressing skills and pushing all kids forward.

Our teachers were hard at work understanding proficiency of essential math standards for Rock Creek! We always want to ensure we are pushing all kids to meet the learning standards!
