A big thanks to Southern Grace Coffee LLC for hanging out and serving amazing coffee to our staff at Rock Creek this morning! I cannot think of a better way to kick off the week!


Do you know someone turning 5 years old on or before July 31? It's time to get ready for Kindergarten registration! Fort Zumwalt will welcome the members of the Class of 2036 and their families in person at 14 elementary schools from 2 - 7 p.m., March 1. Information and paperwork will also be available online at go.FZSD.us/Kindergarten


5th Grade hosted their wax museum today presenting to their family members and many other students. So many famous people visited RCE today.




Our SHARE club did an awesome job collecting cans and our entire school brought in 1,440 items that will help families in our district. Staff helped get it all organized yesterday! We are grateful for our generous community!





Our Rocket Day Assembly was awesome this month thanks to our 3rd grade teachers and student leaders! The focus was on “Begin with the End in Mind” from Leader in Me and the specific and measurable goals that our 3rd grade students shared were outstanding.



A great night here at West Middle for the transition night for our 5th grade students! Lots of fun and excitement for our Rockets as they begin the work transitioning to middle school.


Just a reminder that tomorrow, Wednesday, February 8th, is an early out day. Students will be released at 1:10pm.

Committee work on the Continuous School Improvement Plan (CSIP), began last month as a part of the sixth, and most recent, Missouri School Improvement Program (MSIP 6). The steering committee has been gathering data and conducting surveys to help define the focus of its work as Fort Zumwalt creates its guiding document for the next three years.
At the meeting tonight, participants will hear from the committee about its work so far and have the opportunity to ask questions about the CSIP process and the district’s goals.
