Other important back-to-school forms and information
New this year: All families must upload TWO (2) current Proof of Residency documents as part of the online Enrollment Update form. Beginning with the 2026–2027 school year, this will be required with every Enrollment Update moving forward. Documents may be uploaded as a PDF or a photo, and both documents must be dated within the past 30 days.
Completing these items before the first day of school helps ensure your child has a successful start to the year.
