We have many opportunities available for our students to learn and grow over the summer. Below is a chart that shows the options that are available to your child based on the grade level they are in this school year. All summer school registration (including STEAM camp) will be done through the parent portal in FOCUS this school year. Starting tomorrow, Friday, February 27 you will see forms available in your parent portal for your children. Please complete each of the forms in FOCUS in order to register your child for the programs you wish for them to attend. If you have trouble with the forms or have questions regarding summer programming please reach out to your child's homeschool.

Students MUST be recommended for this program by the classroom teacher. This program is for students that are struggling with grade level reading skills. This registration form will only be available to you in FOCUS if your child was recommended for the program. Transportation is not provided.

All current 1st through 4th grade students are eligible for this camp. Students can only be in 1 session (AM or PM). If a student is recommended for the Extended Learning Program in the morning and they want to enroll in STEAM camp as well then they should only choose the PM session of STEAM camp. Transportation is not provided.
Virtual learning options are available to all students in Fort Zumwalt. Current Kindergarten - 4th Grade Students can sign up for Math, Reading or Coding courses. Current 5th - 7th grade students may sign up for Math and Reading courses. This is a flexible option for those that are looking for extra academic support in the summer. All K-8 virtual courses are adaptive to meet the needs of each child. Credit attainment and credit recovery courses are available for current 8th - 11th grade students.
All middle school and high school summer school is virtual only (including students entering into 6th grade for the upcoming school year).
